If you require windows within your industrial temporary building, or as part of your retail, education or temporary building for sports, we can offer a secure and stylish horizontal double glazed window panel, set in a solid aluminium frame. We can supply specialist glazing for car showrooms and other customer-facing retail applications too.

Our experts tailor flooring solutions to your sector. Many industrial customers install directly onto hard standing, but we offer durable coatings like Epoxy if required. We provide non-slip, sprung sports flooring, and match-standard options with line markings—ensuring the perfect fit for industrial, sports, and commercial applications.

We've got walling options for all types of thermal and security preferences. Single skin and perforated steel cladding suit canopies, while uPVC cavity walls provide quick installation and thermal efficiency for hire buildings. For purchase buildings, we offer superior insulation with 40mm sandwich panels and bespoke cladding options.

In some cases the translucent nature of our PVC roof covers provides enough light into the temporary building for a customer’s purposes, but where this is not the case, a range of lighting options are available. Popular choices are our traditional high bay mercury lighting, and our energy efficient LED discus lights, available in anything from 70-150 Watts.

Whatever you need in terms of heating and cooling for your building, Spaciotempo can provide it. We offer heating via indirect oil-fired heaters, as well as indirect gas-fired heaters, and also electrical heating. Whether you need air conditioning installed for your retail or sporting environment, or you need a chilled storage area to protect perishable goods, this is something we can provide.

Spaciotempo offers several options for your building’s roof: Single skin PVC suits non-temperature-controlled spaces, while our thermo roof aids insulation and prevents snow build-up. Custom gables, blackout roofs, and branded colours are also available. All comply with BS Snow Loading requirements and we can tailor a solution for your needs. 

We take every step to ensure that your building is as watertight as possible. Our plastic guttering product is lightweight but robust and complements the appearance of the building perfectly to help manage heavy weather. Our Z flashing system provides maximum water ingress protection at ground level and can also be effective against vermin. 

Spaciotempo takes pride in the finish of its bespoke temporary buildings and if you opt for a standard colour, you can guarantee a professional look. But if you would like a non-standard colour, to match corporate branding or to complement existing structures on site, we have a huge range of colour options available. If you need signage or branding adding to your structure, we can provide this too – either directly onto wall panels or even on the roof covers and gable ends.

The benefits of a Spaciotempo building with its clear span, and eave heights up to a soaring 8m means that many customers can take advantage of the extra space at height. To maximise this additional space, we can install storage racking up to the apex (approx. 14m) of the building, providing optimum storage capacity. We are even able to install a mezzanine deck to give the ultimate in multi-functional space.
