Why would we need temporary building maintenance?

There are multiple reasons why a business would want to maintain its Spaciotempo building:

- Preventative maintenance – Regular inspections help identify minor issues before they escalate into costly repairs or prolonged downtime.
- Safety first – Ensuring that the building remains structurally sound protects your staff, stored goods, and valuable equipment.
- Maintaining your warranty – Spaciotempo provide a 10-year structural warranty for our frames on every installation as standard.
Ultimately, purchasing a temporary or semi-permanent building is a significant financial commitment and it is important to look after it. With the right care and maintenance, your structure can last well over 30 years.
